My cat is now 4 and has been very healthy. On Tues night we found vomit on the couch when we got home. It was a small amount and she didn't vomit again. Last night I noticed she was having very runny bowels and kept going to the litter box every half hour. Today it has slowed down but still an issue. I have not changed her food and she hasn't eaten anything new or odd. She is drinking and eating normally and acting normal as well. I am taking her to the vet in the morning, but am very worried!

Also running around after her with a wet paper towel to clean her bum is not fun lol

You havent reported back on the vet visit, but there was a new RECALL today of the Rachel Ray WET FOOD due to overly high vitamin D content.  Symptoms of excessive vitamin D consumption usually develop within 12-36 hours after ingestion and may include vomiting or diarrhea, increased thirst and urination, and muscle tremors or seizures. Any cat experiencing these symptoms should be taken to a veterinarian immediately.

Chances are that it is not the food you are using, but  thought I should mention it since that recall just came out today.
