I would say no! I fed my cat low-sodium turkey breast for breakfast for about 7-8 days. I checked the label later and it is like 2% fat only. I also gave her 2-3 meals of rotisserie chicken and then she got really ill...I wish I'd stuck to feeding her cat food only. Cost $3,300 because she had to be hospitalized and tested. I'm thinking now it was the human food. Your cat might be perfectly fine if you feed him or her all of that OR your cat might get violently ill later...

No, ham is far too salty. If the turkey is just plain canned without much salt, it should be okay, same for the chicken but if its flavored, say lemon pepper, no. But you could donate it to a church or food pantry, I'm sure they'd like to have it.

There's usually too much salt in canned ham. Cats need specific supplements like taurine and feeding them exclusively human food will make them ill. A little bit of deli ham here and there is fine, but I wouldn't feed it from a can.

To be clearer, I wouldn't feed the cat all that canned food, especially back-to-back. If it was fresh chicken you were going to cook for the cat, then okay...I gave my cat two little cubes of cooked chicken breast out of a store salad I had bought and she loved it, so I am going to start cooking some fresh chicken breast for her. The only problem is I will have to add the taurine and other vitamins and minerals to any food I prepare for my cat as mentioned above. The low-sodium turkey breast I had given her was deli rotisserie meat that tasted like it was actually carved off a turkey breast. I think if I stuck to giving it to my cat once in a long while as a treat, she would have been fine. I'd say better safe than sorry with your cat's health (and the high cost of emergency treatment).

I think it's fine as an occasional treat. I have given my cats small snacks of canned chicken or turkey once in a while, and they love it. You can drain off the broth it comes with and rinse the meat to remove a lot of the salt. I wouldn't feed them ham, though.

My cat gets a taste of deli ham now and then or a sautéed shrimp for a mini snack. She sits on her haunches and waves her paws like a dog!
