Okay pictures will have to hold off until I get in an area with better service.
My SIL is a horrible person. She hoards animals but doesn't even take care of them properly (a huge reason why I tell people to do rehoming fees when they "have" to get rid of animals). She dropped this cat off at my in laws barn because the city went into her house and told her she was breaking city limits on all the animals she had. I refuse to speak to her because of how she treats animals and us in general. I don't know how old this cat is but she was outside in the barn for a few weeks before I took her in so I'm sure a male cat tried mating with her. She's either really small or she's young. My guess would be about 6-9 months. After we took her home she has had loose stools. Her belly has gotten bigger, when we first brought her in she was skinny. I'm guessing she either has parasites or she's pregnant. Her nipples are still flesh color and still small but when I feel her bulging stomach I feel gurgles and flutters. Can she be pregnant and not have the bright pink nipples? Her nipples do stick out a bit but still nothing like the nipples of my grandmothers breeder cats when they were pregnant. We don't have any other inside animals, but we saw the cat in the barn and she was so friendly. We still don't know if we want to keep her. Probably going to take her to the vet in a week or two. It's just killing me not knowing, and if she isn't pregnant she obviously needs care right away because there is something going on. Her belly gets bigger by the day. Her appetite is also pretty big.

She is probably both full of womrs, and preg, about 6-7 weeks.

The teats dont always get rosy - usually, but not ironclad.   So please plan accordingly.

The vet visit sooner the better.

The vet will also help you with deworming, as hse has prob both round worms and tape worms...

But you perhaps know for sure what dewormers to use, as your grandma is a breeder?  Some OTC dewormers arent safe its why Im asking...

Please continue with reports and questions.

Im sending some links!

Observe, if an orphan is much bloated, gas-filled, bloated, have colic, simethicone (google on it) may help.  1-2 drop in the bottle.

Fleece or flannel good to use in the bedding for kittens.

Okay she was just laying down pm our carpet and I definitely felt movement and there is a constant gurgling. Can you feel parasites from the outside? If not, it's definitely kittens. Yes my grandmother breeds Maine coons, I plan on calling her this evening to get advice. My heart is fluttering, I feel like I just found out I was pregnant. My toddler has been picking the cat up but that stopped promptly after I first noticed a bulging stomach. I also noticed a flea on her so I'm going to have to treat her. We only brought her home two weeks ago.

How is it going with your new cat? Had a chance to get her to the vet yet? I hope you keep her!
