hi my cat fizz is pregnant I'm not sure wen she is due but she's towards the end of pregnancy now . She's been very loving and purring alot since last night . she will follow me up and sown stairs and has to be with me like now she's led next to me on the sofa . last night she went into my wardrobe and got into an empty washing basket and started scratching and digging then would lay down in it . she keeps going up stairs then comes back down.does this mean she will give birth soon . Thanks x

She is certainly showing signs of nesting, but they can do that 1-2 weeks prior to giving birth! Do you have any idea at all how far along she is? If she has started producing milk (you can gently squeeze teat if she will allow) you can pretty much safely assume they will more then likely be here by the weekend!

Haha I cleaned my windows inside and out last night, my heavily pregnant horror decided they looked far better with fly guts smeared all over them this morning!!!

How long had you felt the kittens moving?  do they move as much now, or do they move less than two days ago?

Be sure you rub her tummy if she wants and allows, it helps things going - as I think its nearing now, one week left at most.

I send in some links:

Good luck!

Observe, if an orphan is much bloated, gas-filled, bloated, have colic, simethicone (google on it) may help.  1-2 drop in the bottle.

Fleece or flannel good to use in the bedding for kittens.

the kittens are quiet I can feel the bumps wen I put my hand on her belly but can't feel them moving. She's not liking that I'm not letting her put side but she's happy in house she's playing at the moment . I've made 3 nests for her so we are prepared . She's eaten 4 packets of cat meat this morning already haha x

That's a tough one. They are receptive for 1-2 days over roughly a week cycle if not mated may come back into season several days after the previous cycle!??! Thomas was caught on the 9th April

So let's say she was caught a week before the 1st May, if she had had a cycle before that she more then likely hadn't been caught as wouldn't have gone into the second cycle. So she may only be 5/6 weeks?

Yeah I'd go for around the 24th April then so will be due approx 26th June. That would tie in with her eating loads at this stage xx

She's picking at her food but not eating it like she usually does its more pick at it and struggling to wat it is this summit to be concerned about xx

I would just keep an eye on her, the likely hood that it is pregnancy related is pretty high, thomasena (lol) is not eating as normal either - my opinion is the meowing and the eating issue are leading me to think kittens are not to far off!! I'd just check she not slavering to rule out dental but I'm sure she's not [emoji]128571[/emoji][emoji]128571[/emoji]
