So my 7 week old baby girl I just recently adopted has a sore on her paw. I noticed it this morning while she was playing with her brother who I also adopted. I looked at it and played with it and it doesn't seem to bother her or hurt but it is a little puffy. My vet can't get me in for 2 weeks so my question is should I be worried or should I just keep an eye on it and unless it gets worse or starts to bother her and then take her to an animal hospital or something?

I think and hope it will dry off by itself.  Healthy kittens are quite sturdy.

If your vet cant take you, can you get a phone advice, from your vet or from this hospital? vet hospitals have often telephone hours.   They may even perhaps prescibe som antibiotic paste to smear on, just to be extra safe.

They did say to put a small amount of neosporin on it and to keep it clean so I did that. Otherwise when she went for her first appointment they said she was very healthy

Make sure use the regular Neosporin, not the one that contains pain reliever. The pain reliever can be toxic if the cat licks at the ointment.
