Switching from Pepcid to Zantac

If a kitty gets 1/4 tablet of regular Pepcid, what fraction of a Zantac tablet should they get?  It would be twice daily, correct?

How did I not think to consult that site?!  (I've been there frequently since Rory's diagnosis  )  And now I've got a problem.  A 10 lb. cat gets 1/8 tablet twice daily, but Rory is only 5.2 lbs.  I wonder if she can still take the 1/8.  Maybe 1/8 once daily.   Assuming I can get it into the Impossible (to pill) Cat in the first place.  I've had tough cases before, but she's the worst of the worst.  It takes two people to administer liquid Mirtazapine- getting her wrapped into a burrito is like trying to nail jello to a wall- every other day and I can't get help every single day.    

And as far as food...tried everything.  Every.  Thing.  She sniffs out pill molecules through layers of good noms.  She could get work as a drug cat, sniffing out illegal substances for law enforcement.
