I have not heard of Nulo!!
I hadn't either. Found it just looking around and decided to try it. Looked on here for reviews, nope. Not a lot elsewhere either but the ones I found were good LOL.

He loves it though :)

- Nature's Variety Instinct Lamb canned
- Nature's Variety Instinct Duck canned
- Wellness Core Chicken, Turkey, & Chicken Liver canned (caveat: not a fan of some of the ingredients in there but it was what she would eat with the least amount of physical consequences for her in regards to her pancreatitis & diabetes at age 14, and it produced the least amount of our 'ego clashes' at mealtimes -- it was very important she ate regularly)

- Ziwi Peak Lamb canned (caveat: for a while it seemed to me the company's recipe for this was inconsistent, and at times I'd find weird bones, hairy bits, and more aspic in the can than I'd like to see)

- When totally turned off of food, she would flip out over my last resort for her, Addiction brand, Black Forest Rabbit & Blueberries Entree canned (caveat: this was hard on her digestive system for some reason, fyi... sometimes I used it as only a small topper to entice her to eat her more 'gentle', usual food)

Mine was Friskies Turkey and Giblets Pate, Fancy Feast Kitten in Turkey Feast, Friskies Ocean White Fish dinner pate. And the Friskies Tuna and Egg flaked.

For my kitty, it was freeze dried Stella and Chewys!! Once she knew how tasty that was, she was willing to try any wet. She now eats all wet :)

I should also mention that it took several weeks of adding a few dry kibble pieces on top of the wet to get her started. Once she was started, she didn't stop.

I was cat sitting my brother's cat last month.  He is very picky and only eats dry food.  I experimented a bit and put a little bit of dry food in the bowl with wet food on top and he ate it all up.  That wet food he liked was Nutro Natural Choice Chicken recipe (minced).  He also liked their sliced turkey recipe.

I didn't have a chance to try very many.  I did let him try Honest Kitchen but he didn't really like it.

While it isn't a good idea to feed long term, I have found that no cat can resist Solid Golds Blended Tuna. We ended up rescuing a feral cat last year and she was heavily addicted to dry food. The first time I cracked open a can of the Blended Tuna she decided she was a wet food convert and it was easy to introduce her to Natures Variety Rabbit after that. Now she happily eats a rotational diet with our other cat, so it's worth a shot if you are in a rut :)
