If anyone has any information on whats going on please help!
Im worried sick.

About 1-2 weeks ago my baby kanji got a weird dark mark on hes nose, and a red one above hes eye, its gotten worse over time.
Took him to the vet and he got a shot, since then its spread a little to hes chin and lip, in just small patches.
The one on hes nose is always dark but the one above hes eye seems to change from red to dark over the period of a few days.
There are no changes in hes behaviour, he is an indoor cat, about 6 months old ish.
I have other cats he plays with but he is usually the dominant. They are all on great food and have had vaccinations.

Please help, i have no idea whats wrong but its so hard to see him like this it looks terrible.

I would take him back to the vet and ask for a culture to be done to help determine what's going on.

Is the discoloration in the fur or on the skin?  (Looks like it's the fur in the photos, but I don't want to assume.)  I went through something similar with Rory, who's one year old, recently.  She developed dark grey "freckling" and smudging in the fur around her muzzle- it looked as if she'd rubbed her face in charcoal powder.  Both her regular vet and internal medicine vet were confounded and could only offer "allergic response to something" as an explanation.  This part is interesting, though: She developed this discoloration around the same time her kidneys began to fail (she's since been diagnosed with renal dysplasia, or underdeveloped kidneys) and it gradually disappeared as her condition began to improve.  The marks migrated to the fur above her nose as that same dark grey "freckling", then the new marks disappeared as her condition further improved. There's no sign of them now.

I don't say this to frighten you, because I fully believe the marks were secondary to her health problems (CRF and anemia).  The discoloration could occur for goodness knows how many reasons, but there was definitely a correlation between the marks and what was going on internally.  It might be worth getting a CBC/chem panel while you're at the vet.

Best wishes and keep us updated!

How crazy that ringworm can manifest like that!  I had no idea.  I'm so glad to hear your kitties' troubles are easily treatable and they'll be right as rain in no time
