I'd say it might be a small disease or just bloating, but there's a good chance i'm wrong. Having pregnant kittens definitely isn't normal, but there's nothing wrong with it either.

I'd see a vet to check him/her out just to make sure.

Oh, she is almost surely preg, even if she is young.  How young, difficult to say. Many females are rather petite.

She is at least 6 weeks, as they begin to be big at the time.  Do you feel the kittens move??  Or did you felt them move at any time?

It may be wise to visit a vet for a check up, etc - do it if you afford, and have a decent vet nearby.  This will also have the extra bonus, you will thereafter be his paying patient, and thus, it will feel easier to phone for advice when the real complications come...

Nay, the  only real question is, if she is a russian blue look alike, or a korat look alike.  But she may be a "common" moggie too...  Several more good photos would perhaps help?

You know anything more of her background story?

Im sending our links!

Good luck!

Many of these links have been readied by our forumist  Red Top Rescue:

We have a good collection of articles in the Cat Health section which you can access by scrolling up to the brown bar, clicking on Articles, and then choosing the Cat Health section and scrolling through the choices.  To make this super easy for you, I am copying the links regarding birth, delivery and newborns for you here.  After reading this information, let us know if you have any more questions.  And good luck with your approaching new arrivals.

Observe, if an orphan is much bloated, gas-filled, bloated, have colic, simethicone (google on it) may help.  1-2 drop in the bottle.

Fleece or flannel good to use in the bedding for kittens.

I see.   The looks are quite alike a russian blue.  Perhaps not show qualtiy, but still, if someone I knew was a pedigreed  russian blue owner told me she was a russian blue I wouldnt  doubt it.  The profile of the forehead seems quite good.

Tx for helping this long cousin of my residents, two ex studs.

Yeah, she's definitely pregnant. I don't think there is any minimum age to get pregnant. If they get a Tom, and he does his thing, its up to God, I guess.

Plus some cats are more petite in general. I had a full grown cat that is the size of your kitten.

She is absolutely beautiful, and definitely pregnant. Please see that she gets lots of kitten chow and wet food, and plenty of fresh water. She will need the nutrition, now and throughout nursing. Go ahead and set up a couple of nesting areas for her using boxes and old blankets or towels. Show them to her. Cats generally prefer a dark, private place such as a closet or laundry room. I see that you have a small child. Please make sure your child knows to leave mama cat and her babies alone the first 2 to 3 weeks. The kittens do not have their eyes and ears open, and also cannot regulate their own temperature for three weeks. Mama cat will be very protective. You may want to make plans to have your male neutered in the meantime. Mama kitty can go into heat again within a few weeks of giving birth. She looks like a very sweet cat! Please ask questions as they come up. :)

It must be the season of blue/greys to give birth
Liitlebooty, it has just dawned on me.  Thomas isnt your male whom you proudlby wants to show us in this tread with a blue high preg, its your own preg female!

If so, show us your beauty for comparison as you did, but also, its best you start your own  tread.   Its bewildering to follow two different cats, much easier if everyone concerned has its own tread...   :)
