I moved to a new house 5 days ago and brought my 12 year old cat with me. He was super nervous the first night, since he's only ever lived at my parents place but he's starting to get better. But now he has a weird habit that he's doing every single. About 3 am he'll jump on the bed and demand to get under the covers (he used to do this at the other house too). I'll let him under and he used to just cuddle with me. Now he tunnels down to my feet and up the other side and continues back and forth for a while. Then he'll start digging (not kneading) beside me under the covers. I thought he was digging to go the bathroom, so I would stop him. He hasn't done anything yet, thankfully. Now he's starting to violently head butt me in the stomach. I feed him before bed, there's fresh litter in his box and fresh water in his bowl. Any thoughts?
