Cat threw up hairball yesterday.

and today he threw up just clear brown liquid.

He has IBD also.

Could the brown liquid be from still having something in there or should I be more concerned.

he is eating and hungry as usual.

Did he throw up on an empty stomach?  Sometimes cats do this if they are very hungry.  Any time a cat with IBD throws up its worth talking to your vet and discussing current or future medications like Pepcid, cerenia, prednisolone etc.
