There's this cat the recently went under our house. It's a single cat, and it looks a couple of months old. I think it may have been separated from its mom because of the recent rain and flooding in my area. I also believe it to be feral since it's very wary of me. I need to get this cat out from under because it's supposed to continue raining and flooding until next week and I really don't want it to drown.

I would call the fire department. They would have a net or something that they could use to contain the kitten

See if Animal Control, Humane Society or SPCA will loan you a trap.  It should be hungry enough to go into it.

Definitely see about getting a humane trap.  Just use some extra stinky bait such as tuna or sardines.  Keep on eye on the trap so you will know when you catch it.

Of course, a trap makes the most sense. I'm still new to the cat world, I learn something every day observing my Suzie. Nevermind.
