The most probable is, something bad happened. Genetic fault which makes her crash. Pneumonia perhaps?  Not unususal with orphans, even if correctly fed.

Anyway,   I strongly suspect there is not much to do and just a few hours are left...

BUT if your vet is any decent, its worth the try to get her to the vet. ASAP.  If nothing else, to have the ease of your mind and conscience...

Who knows, he may have a trick or two...  Lets hope.

What can YOU do at this moment?  Keep her warm and cozy. Talk sweetly, give her love.   If there is ANY hope, this may give her the strengh and will to fight on.

If there isnt no hope, she wont go alone.

OK, keep warm.  Give her water  or if you have, bought or homemade pedialyte, with a dropper.  Tummy down, head up, corner of the mouth, cautiously.

If you have any glucose sugar, or white caro syrup, or honey, you can smear some on her gum.   It gives some energy...

Pray.

You told she cant latch any longer.  I presume you mean latch to a bottle nipple?   When they are really weak, its easier with a needle less syringe, or a dropper.  Done as above...

Add some extra glucose or white caro syrup in her kmr/goat milk...

I shall ask a mod to move this post to the Preg and Kitten Care forum.

Please report how its going.

Good luck!   @prettyjewel63

I am willing your little kitten to stay strong and stay with her siblings.  For them all to stay well and grow stonger with you.   What ever happens thank you for caring and bringing these little ones in to your home and offering them love and care.  None of them would have had a chance without you.
