Our latest foster cat is a very poor eater.   We have tried Science Diet Hairball and Oral Care, Hill’s w/d, Solid Gold, Royal Canin Indoor, and Natural Balance Duck and Pea. None of the above would do. She will not eat canned food of any description, nor will she eat human food. She likes Temptations, but only one or two. Judging from the state of her coat, whoever had her was feeding her garbage, so this morning I bought the yellow box of cat food from the grocery store and will try that later on. I’m not sure what to do to get her interested in food. She is calm, purrs, cuddles, drinks, uses her litter box, and plays. She is going to the veterinarian on Tuesday.

She was found taped up in a cardboard box. She had been left at a factory over the long weekend.

Have you tried Royal Canin Special 33 ?  My cats love that one ..  I don't know how you feel about Purina but my cats all time favorite kibble is Purina One Smartblend .  They would eat that above anything .. I use it for a topper on their wet food twice a day ..

I’ve bought a bag of Cat Chow to go with my yellow box. I’d forgotten about Special 33, so I’ll give that a whirl too. I’ve never seen Purina One Smartblend, but I’ll keep an eye out for it if I can’t get her going. Honestly, if she wanted a peanut butter sandwich right now, I’d make it for her.

Good luck , I hope you can find something she likes .. Purina Kitten Chow is a good one too , my cats love tiny pieces of different shapes ..
