sick cat

hi all my cat has been very sick this last few weeks has spent 11 nights in hospital numerous injections and blood test he had a very severve infection in his blood my vet did one final blood test on thursday and all came back good so i was allowed to take him home he was in great form thursday friday saturday now today he has a bald patch on back of neck its hot to touch and kinda moist and also red. he is not himself today he is eating i dont know is this a reaction on all the injections or could it be ringworm any advice welcome vets closed today so have to wait till tomorrow to bring him back thanks

Just seeing this thread now.  I hope you were able to get your kitty back to the vet for a check.  How's he doing?

He was in the hospital for 11 days? Hopefully it is nothing more than irritation from all the jabs they must have given him. It seems like the vets always give shots and fluids in that area. Also blood tests, but I think that is towards the front of the neck. Possibly his muscles along with jab/injection sites are just irritated. Please let us know what the vet says.
