What can I do to discourage this? She takes them into my 5 year olds dresser and it IS VERY unsafe...most unsafe of the house. I move them back and lock her in the bathroom with them and ad soon as I open the door she takes them right back to my daughters room...they are 5 days old

Can you close the door to the room the dresser is in? I would close that first, and then create a few different spots throughout the house that might seem nice for her to lay in with her kittens, and are also safe. A box with some blankets will do, make sure it's not too big, but nice and cosy. She seems unhappy with her current spot and wants to move to a, for her, safer and better place for her kittens. Don't try to stop her, but offer her other options that are okay, and make the dresser unavailable. She;ll find another spot and settle there at some point :)

1-bring deep Carton box

2-flip it on side "like a cave"

3-put a blanket inside it "better to be used by her already to have it's scent"

4- put her on a place with no one cat reach easily and dark also she can't see anyone easily

at least for the 1st week...

and don't keep bothering her with her kittens she will get nervous and leave them...

and believe me yo don't want too sea that thing ...
