Does anyone source duck from anywhere other than HT? I love HT but I know their duck contains skin and its fatty, plus I'm on the west coast so shipping from HT is expensive. One of my cats LOVE duck, so much so that I have a hard time getting him to eat any meals without it. I do try and cut in chicken or turkey (he wont eat rabbit) to help lower the fat content but he's only enthusiastic about eating straight duck. He's not a big eater so he's not eating a LOT of duck per day, and he also sometimes get a little tiki cat or orijen. I'd like to perhaps source duck from somewhere else that doesn't contain skin so its not as bad. Right now I only feed the boneless grinds (with alnutrin and organs).

Have you tried this West Coast raw meat supplier? http://www.wholefoods4pets.com/dogs-cats.htm Only rabbit is listed but I'm pretty sure you can get other meats.

Another source is https://www.mypetcarnivore.com They're based in Indiana so not quite as far as Hare-Today but shipping cost may be similar.

Independent pet stores may have chubs of ground duck, with or without bone and organs.

Have you tried butcher shops? Most should be able to get duck for you and you'll want to grind it yourself at home.

LTS3- I believe Wholefoods4pets offers only Rabbit. At least that was all she offered about a year ago.Lisa Pierson thinks highly of that source. I am on the west coast and was going to order through her but just felt it was easier to use HT because that is where I get everything else
