Hi I have three cats and my two big cats love Purina one but my kitten who is 8 months old is sick every time after a few days off eating this. I normally feed the whiskas but as my big male cat Romeo pulles his own fur out I thought the fish oils would be good for him thanks in advance :wavey:

What kind is it? Wet or dry and exactly what flavor? It might be best to not feed her Purina One. I have fed Sheba in the past and they liked it. Right now, I'm feeding special kitty canned.

Another question, do you know why he pulls his fur? Is it stress, fleas or possibly a food allergy?

Please don't say the Purina One is bad! I'm having such a hard time finding something my Catness can hold down. She's on Purina One Sensative Systems and finally not vomiting. She started vomiting infrequently about half way through a bag of Indoor Blue Buffalo ( after I gave it a good review:wife:)! I bought a bag of Indoor Max Cat and she loved the flavor but projectile vomited that up like I'd never seen a cat vomit (in volume) in about 3 hours.
So we are back on good ol Purina One Sensative Systems till a later date, supplemented with Friskies Tasty Treasures ( the only canned they will touch) . Just to note Spookie my other cat is a garbage disposal and doesn't have these digestive issues.

Not all cats will tolerate the same food. I, personally, would not feed a food that a cat's body is rejecting in some way. If there is a correlation between food and illness, it seems to me that the food should be stopped.

Also, I remember a blog post about complaints regarding Purina. This is not to draw alarm, but to be aware and to make informed decisions. If you notice multiple pets are ill after eating a food, please take the appropriate actions.  http://truthaboutpetfood.com/report-it-please/

It is the dry food and it's the chicken one. It's hard with them all as my oldest male will eat Felix as good as it looks wet fishy food and fresh chicken. My girl cat eats anything. But now the little one will eat anything but he is sick after certain foods.
