my cats 64 day is on 5-20-15. on 5-18 around 7-8pm her butt was really wet so i knew labor was starting! 1st kitten came at 125am(5-19) 2cd kitten came a hour later. since then she has been calm the whole house has been calm. before i fell asleep at 430 i felt her belly cause she had been panting and i could still fill movement. so when i woke up at 830 still only 2 babies she is very calm got up to eat. but her belly is still big an i can still fill movement. about a hour ago she let out a meow an did everything from this am but calmed down an went to sleep!! i dont know who dad(s) are she got loose on me 2 days into her heat! COULD THESE 2 BE PREMATURE??? I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF CATS GIVING BIRTH THIS FAR APART TILL I READ A FEW POST ON HERE

Yes, its fully possible. Not very common but possible, and with any luck, everyone healthy and happy.

She is OK as I understand it?  No real problems?  Because the situation is touchy - it may easy get worse...  And if so, contact your vet asap.

If your vet is an experienced obstetrician, it may be wise to discuss it anyways...

How are the first delivered looking?  Full haired and decently round?   If so, they are fully made...  If not they are more or less premature.  They may make it, prob with your help, but tis always a fight uphill?

One very important trick is to weigh them every day, on a electronical scale measuring in grammes, or at least,  in tens of Oz...

1. How much they do weight at birth,

2. if they gain, and how much....  Small shall gain at least 6g a day, the bigger born at least 10g a day...

Welcome back with reports and further questions!

Good luck!
