Hi Everyone:

we received word the lady who was secretary at the high school my husband went to (Clearwater HS Class of 1962) has passed away.  Her daughter is looking for a new home for Princess, an eight year old declawed cat.  We cannot take her as we already have four cats, and live in the woods on a farm.

If you have had a cat cross the Rainbow Bridge, and are looking for a new companion, would you be interested in taking on this cat?  She is very sweet and loving.  If you are interested, let me know and I will get you the contact information.

All i can say is for you to tell your friends.   DO NOT PUT HER IN A SHELTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    unless non kill.    most animals that go into a shelter don't come back out.    Also,   I live on a farm with twenty cats (long story).  If you decide to take Princess,  Put her in one of those metal dog crates and set her by the other cats in a way they can meet her, but not attack her.

Best of luck!

Thank you Sisco.  I haven't heard anything, so don't know how things in that regard are.

Are you still seeking a home for this cat? And what is this cat's temperament? And what breed of cat is it?
