I woke at 5:30 this morning and went to check on Sadie. She was trying to get herself up. This was a good sign. She was very stiff from sleeping on her left side all night. I got up her and she had too much trouble trying to move. I bolstered her so she was laying in a neutral position. I did try to feed her, but she wasn't interested. Later in the morning I gave her a tiny bit of appetite stimulant. Then 30 minutes later she ate about 1/3 can of food. I had syringe feed her, but that's ok.
Around 11, I went to check on her again. She wanted up. She moved all over the room for over an hour. She played with her toys, made cooing sounds and purred and purred. She is not standing completely straight and still wobbles to the side, but she able to get herself up 75% of the time.
So a bit of progress this morning!!
