My one cat has always been handful, but lately it's getting worse. He's over a year old now and fixed, I was hoping he would start calming down after a year. He has chewed up a mattress and box spring, a couch, a leather chest, spatulas, pots and pan handles, dish brushes, tooth brushes, razers, purses and wallets, DVDs, just to name a few. He also doesn't sleep very much and he's always pacing around crying. When I try to play with him he's uninterested and walks away? He use to play for hours with a laser or string toy, but lately he's uninterested in any toys. He also doesn't like to be pat or held anymore and rarely comes to my lap for attention? My neighbour also recently told me my cat sits by the door and cries when I'm at work for hours (I live in an apartment complex so my neighbours door is 3 ft away). And I noticed I use to come home and he would be asleep on my bed and lately he's right at the door when I come home,

To also mention, he's been aggressive towards my other cat who basically stays in my room, starting pretty bad fights.

I've tried anti-chew sprays and vinegar and he's come to like the taste of both now? The anti-chew sprays seem to affect me more then him, and the feliway plugins, worked months ago when I tried them but bought one recently and it didn't effect him at all this time around.

Anyways, I'm the end of my ropes. I feel like I have an unhappy kitty, and it's causing a stressed out owner :please:

I would get a vet check.  These behaviors really do seem extreme.  I know kitties can have pica and separation anxiety.  If everything checks out the vet can give medications that will mellow him out.  I know medication isn't the best option but it may be a good option at least short term.

Thankyou for the response.
This past week he recently got sick so we did end up at the vets anyways, the vet also agreed it was extreme behaviour and proscribed me something. Although, i took him in for bum shuffling or scooting. And he's always had diarrhea. I found this digestive supplement, started it about 5 days ago and he's already a lot calmer and less vocal. I think his stomach was bothering him more then usual. Also I added window beds, some wall climbing shelves, another cat tree, and some tubs around the room. And now the feliway plugins are working just like before. Success. I think it was a mixture of stomach ache and boredom.
