I need some advice!! Anyone's will help!

My kitten is feeding, burping, using the bathroom--but he tends to cry when I try to stimulate him. He has no fur on his tummy and lower legs, could that be a reason why he's crying? Because it's irritated? Is there any other way I can help him to eliminate?
The easiest way to do is it is to hold the kitten over the sink with the warm tap running. Wet your finger and gently tap around his butt, rather than rubbing it. Once he's pooped dry him off by very gently blotting his butt with a dry towel.

It's easier to clean up after him if he poops in the sink too.

Thanks for the advise @Norachan !
Sadly, I couldn't use that method doesn't work for the kitten. I still have to wipe/pat him down after he's done. Any type of material seems to irritate the bare undersides of his legs and his tummy. I found that some multipurpose baby ointment (petroleum free) seems to work fine. Of course I get peed and pooped on, but oh well.

Update on kitty's status!

He weighs 3.4 oz (99 grams,) and he's 4 days old today! The thin fur on his paws is thickening, though he still has some thin parts; and his tummy and undersides of his back legs are still fur-less, but he's doing good so far, thank heavens! I can see the fur starting to thicken there as well, though it's going slowly. He stays nice and snuggled with a heating pad under a basket and blanket, or on my chest for most hours of the day.
He's a lot more active now, always eager to eat, too. He's able to push himself up, though obviously still wobbly, when he reaches for the syringe. I noticed he's a lot more hungry than he was the first 2 days I had him. He normally eats 2.5 mL every hour, or 5 mL every 2-3 hours. At night he eats on and off from every 2-3 hours. He poops and pees after every meal. But I think his poop is on the runny side.
Should I worry that he'll get diarrhea? If so, what should I give him since he's so young?

Help! My 4 day old kitten has diarrhea! He's not dehydrated. I did the tent test and he pees just fine.
What can I do to help him?

He's too young to do anything really at this point.

Just be sure he stays well fed and well hydrated and allow him to get a bit older then we will deal with it.

That's really the only option now.

He sounds like he is doing beautifully! And you are doing an excellent job with him! As he eats more he will poop more. He is absolutely adorable! His fur will eventually grow in too. Hopefully someone else will know a little more about the possible loose stool, if what you are seeing is normal or cause for concern.

His poo seems to be getting thicker. It's really soft right now. I added some pedialyte to his formula just for precaution. I'd rather be safe than sorry at this point.
He hasn't skipped any meals, I don't think he'd ever. He likes them too much. He's starting to purr a little after his meals with his tummy full.

I'm happy to say that the diarrhea is officially gone! He gained a little less weight since I weighed him yesterday, due to his formula not being properly digested throughout yesterday;but he gained weight, nonetheless, and his poo is normal!

What kind of formula are you giving him? Usually bottle-fed or even mother kept kittens will have loose stool, usually soft, kind of paste like as they only have milk to drink.

N nansiludie I'm giving him petAg kmr. He had diarrhea, though. But now he is doing fine. He has a yellowish brown paste-like stool.

That here described consistency  seems very good, he is doing fine as you say.

Cute little guy. Hopefully he'll clear up. I find only if they get really runny loose stool like liquid then to be worried otherwise he should do well. I am very amazed at the progress he has made. You're doing a great job.

Okay!!
He now weighs 4.2 oz!
Tomorrow he will be one week, and almost double his birth weight. He's grown so much in these last few days.
*He poops at least once a day.
*He has fur on his tummy now. (Which I'm happy for.)
*He does this little awkward pur that is adorable!
*Eats like a monster; and I know appetite will only get bigger.
*Enjoys sleeping on his back--most likely due to the tummy rubs I give him.
*He's a lot more active. His recent discovery is rolling around. He tends to do that a lot in his sleep. Also his little legs are stronger.

All in all, I think he's doing well for his first week. I just can't wait until he opens his eyes.
