What are they eating?  Moms milk?  Other food?  Is mom indoors only or goes outside too?   Mom and they were full healthy till now?

Mom properly dewormed??

Im asking among others, to get a clue if they can have got a parasite...  Or changes in the food...

Anyway, a good probiotic may help, and cant hurt.

There are several possible,  I do recommend three;  BeneBac, made by PetAg,  a new one called for S(saccaromyces) Beluardii, and the old goodie Fortiflora.

Otherwise, a nice mild, unlavored unsweetened youghurt may be useful, especielly if it contains  added Acidophilus and Bifidus bacteria.

If you live in the USA, there you can get canned pumpkin.  The sort of unflawored, plain, crushed pumpking.   Used both for getting the bowels in shape, both against constipation, but in fact, also firming up may types of diarrhea.

Btw, do you have access to a good vet?  In many variations  contacting your vet is not only best, but also necessary.

These are the advices so far.  With more I wait  on your further reports.

My kitten did that when I gave it cows milk, if you are, STOP! Do you think they got into something they shouldn't have? Or maybe mom's milk has something bad in it that she ate? Diarrhea that bad can be deadly, especially from dehydration, I would definitely get hold of a vet, maybe they could help you over the phone. Please keep us posted!

Diarrhea in kittens is not uncommon, but it can become serious if it continues. They can die easily from dehydration because when you have diarrhea you lose a lot of water (that's why the poop is so runny). I would take them to the vet, chances are they have a bacterial infection of some kind and will need antibiotics. Poop often changes color when there is a bacteria problem.

Good luck with your kitties! I hope they feel better soon!

I would take them to a vet as diarrhea can be dangerous to young kittens.

Sounds like it could be a bacterial or protozoan infection such as coccidia.
