Maryland kittens need a home

Our neighbor has a bunch of feral cats and one of them started be friending me lately. She now has five kittens, one gray and for white with some dark markings. I have tried to keep her in the safest place possible but she keeps moving her kittens to the chickens nest box and I'm so scared the chckens will get to them one day!! There about a month old now. I would love to find them and her a home asap. They are "wild" but I feed the momma and she comes to me and the kittens play with my hands and are very friendly. I live near annapolis md.
