I have a kitten that is about a few weeks old (I think about 3-4) and he keeps farting but won't poop, I keep putting him in the litterbox to see if he'll poo but he won't ! He's eaten, he's peed, he's farted but won't poop! What's wrong with him ? & I can't really afford a vet but if that's the only route, I'll have to sadly give him away :(

You don't say what you are feeding the kitten. If the kitten I really only 3-4 weeks old, it has hardly had time from being WEANED!  How did you get a kitten so young? You really need to take that kitten to a vet. There are plenty of low cost clinics. Try Petsmart  or call around for clinics or vets and get an Idea of what they charge. The kitten may have worms. Very common in new kittens. And PLEASE don't get some over the counter worm stuff. Half of it doesn't work, and could kill a cat, much less a little kitten. Is this your first cat?  I worry about the kittens future. If you really feel that you cannot afford to give the kitten the care that is necessary, you might be wise to find someone who can give this kitten the love and care that it deserves.

He may need to be stimulated to poop. Try rubbing a wet paper towel under his anus, right after eating.  If that doesn't work then he needs a vet right now.

Her will need a vet, if not now, then someday and it sounds like you can't afford to keep him.  He's too young to really be in a home but if you think you can't afford to keep him then it may be best to find him a new home that can take care of him and can afford to take care of him.

I tried the towel trick and it worked great! He's become a lot more playful and active. Thank you !

I tried the cat poop simulation trick and it worked. The kitten is back to being playful and active for its age. He's been using the restroom regularly now and the poop is a nice consistency (from what it looks like). I obtained him from my cousins neighbor but I didn't realize it was too young for an actual home since the woman said she was already starting to feed it wet food & it'll be fine I obtained enough money to take it to the vet for a check up.

Oh I am so glad to hear the good news! Did the vet give a dewormer?  Did he say how old the kitten is?  Now he has a good start.
