She's about due and has been showing pre-labor signs for 5 days now. She originally was a stray but I took her in, she was a tiny cat for the last two years but got outside a week before her spay appointment.

She does have a nesting box she has been sleeping in for the last 3-4 nights. And because she was originally a stray she was slightly feral acting until getting pregnant, now she follows me everywhere meowing and purring nonstop as soon as she gets to lay by me. I keep thinking kittens are coming but then...nothing. Any other signs I should be looking for?

There are signs I could ramble up, but the problem is, none of them is directly reliable...  We had threads when there was almost all signs, and yet - no kittens - they come anyway a little later.

So the best advice is to arm yourself with patience, be observant - so you make a keen experience and better knowledge.  And also, because once in a year, there DO happens complications, and its good to notice them...

And wait.   Rub her tummy if she wishes it.

im adding some links.

Good luck!

I've been able to see the babies move for 2 weeks now and she's doubled in size during that time. She was originally a very small cat so this is her "twice" her size. Ive been reading everything I can, looking for anyone with a comparison or with experience with cat labor.

Ah, so its just very few days left - probably less.  Perhaps even just a day or two.

You are welcome with reports and more exact questions!

Good luck!
