So my 2 and half male has now thrown up about 5 times. First one was a hairball. He then proceeded to throw up 3 more times in a half hour, clear and foamy liquid. So chalked that up to hairballs again. Then I saw him going around my place and eating stuff, mostly hair, off the floor. He went to go eat a little food and he threw that up a couple minutes later. He isn't lethargic or anything like that. He has never done this before. If he did have a hairball, he would dry hack and nothing came out. He is a medium haired cat that was given a lion cut almost two months ago. His hair is growing out but not long like it used to be. I don't know if I should be worried or if this is his stomach just reacting to throwing up the hairball initially and he will be fine.

When did he start throwing up? Cats do throw up occasionally, even without hairball issues but that often could indicate a problem. Can he keep any food down? He needs to get some food into him and if he can't manage that for more than a day, I'm afraid it's time to call your vet.

He seems fine now. Eating normally and it is staying down. I think it was a second hairball that was lodged in there somehow. He is also acting like his normal and crazy self lol.
