Hello all!!

I'm new here. I have a 3 year old cat named Pepper and have just adopted a 9 week old baby named Lilo. I recently moved out on my own after college/moving back in with my parents after that. I adopted Lilo as a (hopeful) companion for Pepper, because she has never been alone and she doesn't deal with it well.

Pepper grew up from 3 months to 1 year with my roommates cat, and they were the best of friends. After I moved back in with my parents, my mom is home all the time and they really bonded.

I am 3 days into the introduction process and just looking to read about everyone else's experience with all this, as well as give and receive support! Patience is not my best virtue.... And I know that's what this takes!

Here are pictures of Pepper and Lilo:

Please share any and all stories of your cat introductions!

Best,
Brie

Welcome to TCS -- love two tabbies! Hopefully your introductions go smoothly, kittens are usually pretty easy to play nice with others.

Hello!!! Yes, Pepper is calming down about the presence of a little one in the bathroom and I hope to make a face to face introduction maybe tomorrow or Sunday with Lilo in a crate!
