One of my cats has horrible smelling poo. I mean really bad, it makes the whole apartment stink! I am seriously considering that ionic thing, but in the meantime, does anyone think it might be a health concern?

It could be a number of health issues, it could also be the wrong choice of food for the cat, or something the cat is finding and getting into. Your best bet is to take the cat in to the vet to be checked to be safe, and if you are feeding low quality food, you might want to bump it up a notch slowly as well.

Cat's poo is the smelliest or I should say stinkiest, I think. Thank Mother Nature she made cats bury theirs!

Yes, cat poo smells. In fact, it stinks..but! There's always a but.

When Russell had worms, his poo smelt a thousand times worse than now. And when he had a touch of UTI, it smelt bad at that time too.

I would take your cat to the vet for a check up to rule out any medical problems.
