Every last one of them!

I have an entire cabinet (2 shelves worth!) near my stove dedicated to dried herbs/spices and, in the summer grow many fresh.

I probably use black pepper, rosemary and thyme the most - along with garlic.  Very basic grouping for many types of cooking.  For that matter, sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper with a touch of olive oil on almost any protein or veggie is simple and perfect.

I can't really think of any off hand which I wouldn't eat, in some way.

my favorites would be cinnamon, italian seasoning blend, black pepper, and dill.

my least favorite would be curry. but, it depends on how it's used, what recipe it's used in. i might even like curry if i bought some from my online spice retailer, because the spices i buy there are always fresh and taste good.

i like most spices, but again, it depends on how the spice is used and what recipe it's used in.

Favorite: rosemary (crushed; the whole "needles" aren't fun to chew even if the taste is great), cilantro, basil, dill.

Least: overused oregano, crushed red pepper  I actually like both of those if they are used right.  Too much oregano is overwhelming and the red pepper is more kick than I like in most dishes.  It really depends on what the dish is.  In general; I like most herbs and spices.

those rosemary needles!  i buy the crushed rosemary too, after eating some lasagna that had the needles in it and then ending up "losing" my meal because the needles poked my insides while moving through me.

Not wild about:   I can really only think of cloves.

My favorites are the smoky spices associated with southwest and Tex-Mex cooking like cumin.

I am not crazy about cardamom,  I like cinnamon in desserts but I don't care for it paired with meat,

I like pretty much everything. I think my favorites, though, are the paprikas. When I need a tablespoon of paprika, I'll take one teaspoon of Hungarian sweet, a teaspoon of sharp, and then a teaspoon of smoked. Smoked Spanish paprika is wonderful stuff. I use a lot of paprika in barbecue sauces and rubs and I always use a mixture of all three of them; sometimes I'll go heavier on the smoked paprika just because I like it so much. I love smoked salt and Penzey carries a shallot salt that's good stuff, too. Love cumin. I just love cumin.

I'm not fond of cilantro; it has a black licorice taste that doesn't appeal to me. And I agree about rosemary needles. I love rosemary and we grow it in the garden. But those needles....not so much.

Favorite: Crushed red pepper, sea salt, fresh cracked black pepper, chives, garlic, cinnamon, curry, smoked paprika

Do not like: Rosemary, cloves, cilantro (tastes like soap), dill, oregano unless it's a small amount

Salt, not real salt tho, I use a substitute called Nu Salt, there is no sodium in it but it tastes good to me.

Pepper

Garlic powder

For Italian meals:  Crushed red pepper, Parsley, and others.

Favorite - Dill especially on salmon or dill pickle flavored chips, Cinnamon, Salt & Pepper. You can't have a tomato without salt & pepper! Not really a seasoning.. but I like margarine on popcorn.

Least favorite - Nutmeg and peppercorns.

I will not eat cinnamon - ugh it smells like bad breath. Curries are vile and one whiff will ruin my appetite for hours. A little rosemary is sometimes okay but only in savory dishes (not in chocolate omg), cilantro is good in small amounts.

I love dill the most. All the rest are good, too. I really dislike when restaurants try to sneak unusual spices into foods… cinnamon in coffee? Curry in coleslaw? Please no.

A good curry isn't 'curry powder' but a mixture of certain spices, mainly garam masala' plus some others.

I have to have sage in dressing, it wouldn't be dressing without sage.  I usually only have dressing at holiday dinners but it's one of those things that needs to be there for it to be a holiday dinner.
