I occasionally put a game camera out in my yard to see what kind of animals are hanging around, partly because I have two cats that to outside in the daytime. But there is at least one neighborhood cat who stays outside most of the time. She's pretty, but not friendly.
Last night, she sat directly in front of my game camera for ten minutes, occasionally moving her head, triggering the camera to take 27 shots of her. I've used this camera to monitor my TNR colony, but I've never had a cat or any other animal sit directly in front of the camera as though she was deliberately posing to have her picture taken.
