New mum twitchy abdomen?

If anyone can help, my cat just gave birth to 4 kittens yesterday but her abdomen has since been twitching constantly and she has not been eating well. Any advice?

Most likely after-pains. Keep a close eye on her and give your vet a call tomorrow. Let us know how she is doing if it continues.
