Cat biting me softly out of the blue

Hello i have a almost 4 year old cat named libby. Just recently she has started doing these nipping things. She has never ever bittin to draw blood or even tried to do that she is declawed she's the nicest cat ever. but for some reason sometimes if I'm watching a video on my phone or talking on the phone and she can hear what's on the other end or the video that I'm watching she just like grab my hand with her to paws and nips me.
My bf can sometimes forget that u cant get feisty with a cat like u can with some dogs.
Any ideas why shes doing this? Like i said it doesnt hurt its just a little concerning and should i be afraid?

My Mr. Poe cat also gives me love bites, usually in the morning as I'm getting dressed. He stretches up, wraps his paws around my arm as I'm sitting to pt on socks and shoes. Rubs his head against my arm and then gives a very gentle nip. I think of this as a sign of affection - and perhaps a "hurry up, I want breakfast!" too.

Nothing to be concerned about. I think more a sign of trust and affection.
