Hello from Oklahoma!

Hello Everyone
This is my first post here...I am good at being a member/moderator of a Saltwater Fish Forum but they don't talk about CATS as much as I need
So here I am

I have TWO cats.
Charlie who is 3 years old. I raised him from a tiny kitten.

And Oliver who I was told is 2 years old:
I adopted Oliver about 6 weeks ago from a local humane society.

They are totally different & I really don't understand CAT WAYS & behaviors yet so I hope I can find help here.
So much I want to ask, I don't know where to start! But I will look around the forum for ideas and helpful posts before I ask too much.

Speedy is my siamese calico mix who I adopted and she is a sweetheart also.  We look forward to seeing you on the forums!

YES, Oliver (All-Lovet!) has very BLUE EYES!
Oliver is lovingly affectionate almost all the time. He seems to really appreciate his new home.

Charlie, not so much any of that! LOL!
It's such a puzzle to me that he acts like a cat who wasn't raised in a loving home (HE WAS!!)
Once in a great while, he wants about two pats on his head, then he becomes all bites & scrathes.

Oliver loves People....Charlie hides from anyone he hasn't known for at least 2 weeks on a daily basis.
I am trying to get him over that but giving up on the idea is winning.

How the two get along? Hummm, that's yet to be figured out. Only time will tell.
I have 2 Feliway diffusers, some spray, and just bought to calming collars that I have NOT made them wear YET.
Not looking forward to that struggle! I may have wasted my money on the collars
