my cat diamond was a gift for my kids for Christmas I thought she was already spayed but after months of having her she appeared to have went into heat I called the vet to schedule an appointment to have it done but right before that she ran out and was gone for about a day she hasn't went into heat since about two weeks later I noticed her nipples had gotten bigger and very pink a week after that I kept finding vomit in different spots around the house her belly began to get big her appetite increased and we felt kitten movement about two and a half weeks ago according to the day she got out she is now 66 days pregnant her milk came in on Monday which was 4 days ago so I would have thought she would have had something going on by now but it doesn't seem to be happening she's just been laying around licking her tummy moving from spot to spot I haven't noticed any fluid or anything leaking do you think that she will have them soon then or is there something wrong?

Should be about any time now for her to have them. Do you have a nesting box ready for her?

yes but for some reason she doesn't seem to like it much I put a few more and her food and litter box in a room by herself but mostly all she's doing is sleeping

I'll wager she's within 48 hours of delivery.  They make up their own minds where they want to have them.  If you could make sure she has several choices of boxes and places, it will make her a happy cat mom.

If she still hasn't had them on day 69, call the vet. After day 70, you should visit the vet and get her some help ;) though, it does sound like she's getting close, so I expect them to be there soon. Good luck, I hope everything will go well

Thanks i will im very nervous i hope she will be alright I've never went through this before so I'm a little extra nervous haha we are now on day 67 still no kittens is it because this is her first pregnancy? I know I got the dates right so I'm positive she 67 days I don't know maybe I'm worrying for nothing

First litters, specially if smaller, can take a little longer than usual. There's nothing wrong with day 67, it's just that at day 70 the pregnancy takes too long and she'll need the help of a vet to get her babies. It's not a medical issue aside from kittens growing too big to naturally be delivered after around day 70.

As long as your cat is acting normal, has no fever or weird discharge, and hasn't been in active labor previously, you have nothing to worry about :) She'll be fine.

thank you that's good I'm still keeping my eye on her.... her belly is so huge haha I guess it could happen any time now I haven't really noticed much of a change in her behavior besides the fact that she sleeps a lot and moves from spot to spot around the house she just seems not as happy as usual which I don't blame her being that big and pregnant haha
