the lord took my diva

my little dive had 4 masses in her stomach and the vet gave her less then 2 weeks to live she made it almost 2 months longer and fought the whole time to the very end she passed away yesterday morning at 1am and is now across the rainbow bridge and not suffering anymore but im having such a hard time with her not being here she was little daughter and idk what to do without her

I'm very sorry for your loss. Knowing that she's not suffering is some consolation, but dealing with the sudden absence of a beloved pet is difficult. May she rest in peace.

I just replied to Jeanhelen’s loss of her Blu. I felt sad reading your post. I’m in sorrow. It’s very hard to live without your beloved around you. I’m also finding it difficult without my Jethro.  Will we ever forget about departed cats? I don’t think so. Memories will remain fresh and never to fade.

Treasure your memories, they will comfort you in your time of need. That precious girl is at rest now, you gave her a lifetime of love and happiness, she went to the Rainbow Bridge confident that she will never be forgotten and will reside in your heart forever. Don't dwell on the end, rejoice in the love you two shared, she would never want you to remember her with such sadness, but to live the rest of your life in happiness and joy, as you would want her to do if your roles were reversed. Time is the only thing that helps, the emptiness you feel now is sometimes impossible to contain. Release some of that pain through communicating with people who understand what you are going through and surround yourself with those who love you. The heavens gained another beautiful angel with her passing, my heart breaks for your pain because I know what you are feeling and I know anguish of a broken heart.Take care of yourself....... RIP little diva, you will always be held in a loving heart!

I am so sorry for your loss of Diva.  The degree of love equals the degree of pain.  My baby left in Jan.  & I know the feeling of absence after they are gone.  I still see him in all his favorite places and would give anything to have him back.  Take heart that on the other side there is no pain or illness & your daughter will wait for you across the bridge.

thanks everyone its been a very difficult week my mom has cats and every morning i wake and i see them but not my baby and it kills me ill look for her in all her old places she would go to and just break down i feel like a part of me is gone and its killing me i miss her so much i no shes not suffering now but i wish i could see her again i just cant picture my life without her 

Believe me, she is still with you as long as you are alive. When we love something so strongly it becomes enter twined in our souls, the 'essence' of her will live on forever in your heart. She may be gone from this earth but she will never be gone from your memories, treasure them, they are more precious then gold. My heart aches that you are in so much pain, ask your sweet diva to help you and to comfort you in your dreams. Take care of yourself, time is the only thing that helps to soften the agony. I'll pray that you find comfort and peace.
