Hello fellow cat gents/ ladies.
I found this site looking for help on choosing a food for my feline hurricane Akodo. I love him to pieces, but he hasso much energy that I tire just looking at him, and he's 2 years old
I still have a lot of questions so I'll be posting around quite frequently but about my reason to join.
Akodo is a 2 yo shorhair ginger, I don't know the specific name for that fur pattern... with my husband we adopted him last February after we decided that we could not be without cats too long, they're just so adorable companions. I could also have a dog, I love them but we live in apartment
Our cat history has tree members: Vito (for Don Vito Corleone) and Orion, a couple of lovely furballs that we adopted last year in Chile. Orion just loves the spotlight, but the really mischievious one is Vito, you never hear him and he can sneak on you. Both love to cuddle and frequently were our personal nurses when we had to take bedrest in winter.
Sadly, they are no longer with us. We moved from Chile to the US last August and we could not bring them with us. Now they run amok in my parent's apartment, demanding their breakfast at 6 AM, and that they (or al least one of them) eat with them. Their favorite human is my sister though, They love to sleep with her . I still can see them frequently through Skype and my sister and parents keep us updaten on how they are. Orion is a bit overweight, just about 12 pounds (maybe a little more, he's weighting almost 6 kilos), but they're both very very healthy.
Now we takecare of Akodo, and possible another younger one. Akodo is quite the aggresive (and hyperactive) player and we're having problems controlling all his energy. My feet are quite paranoid I see he starts his stalking routing. We're thinking that maybe another cat, younger, will help him
Anyways, sorry for my rambling, and I hope to stick around a long time!!
