My cat Yuki is an indoor cat, doesn't go anywhere and she just eats her kitten meow mix. She's not acting sick or anything, same wild cat running around everywhere in the apartment.

She just passed this very large stool. It's solid which is a good sign I'm thinking but I guessing it could be bleeding towards the end because she was having trouble pushing it out?

This has been the first time it's happened so I'll be keeping an eye out to see if it happens a second time.

Shes eating fine (too fine if you ask me; she'd probably never stop eating if I gave her the chance).

She did eat 3 kibbles of my dog's puppy food the other day but that was it.

She's just a happy sleepy cat :)

Any thoughts would be appreciated :)

I think your kitty was probably constipated.  Large stool is problematic because it can stretch out the colon causing a condition called megacolon.  A food that is to high in bulking fiber could be the issue.  I would look into a diet change to a food that has fewer filler type ingredients.

Like others said, its always a good idea to visit the vet if not sure. I had a similar experience with my Rocky when he was eating all dry food, no wet. He would often have blood at the end tip of his poop. Basically like a hemorrhoid that forms on the anus due to pushing. My husband affectionately calls him Bloody Butt. Well, we changed him over to an all wet diet due to an unrelated illness & it has completely stopped. He hasn't had any hard or bloody stool since then. So it would be worth a try.

i believe blood is never a good so i suggest taking her to a vet
Luckily I didn't have to take my cat to the vet . That was the one and only day she had bloody stool. I did however wet her dry kibble during this week and I think it may have helped her get more water in her system so it wouldn't be so hard to poop when it was time.

Here's a picture of her enjoying her crate as we are getting ready for our move ^_^

Yes I'm thinking of switching her over now that she just turned a year old. I just have this 15 pounds of kitten meow mix kibble that I bought and we are half way done with it. So once we are finished then we are going to try the wet food diet :)

I would take her to the vet. This could also be colitis. Having colitis myself, i see this very often. Wouldn't hurt to see the vet

I would gradually introduce the wet food by mixing wet into mostly dry food and each day increase the wet and decrease the dry. Doing this will help avoid problems like upset tummy
