Please check it out. We've had a few members "paging" advisors lately and that's usually not necessary as the advisors scan all threads by being subscribed to their" allocated forums. I love that people use the mention feature but it's actually more relevant when you want to draw another member's attention to a post or thread when that member is not the advisor in that forum. Otherwise it's redundant and could sometimes stifle conversation by implying that all that's needed now is for the advisors to post.
If you see a post that goes unanswered for more than a day or two, or if you feel a post needs urgent attention for any reason, please use the flag icon View media item 270704
to report the post to the team. We'll take it from there - thank you!
