I have heard of some people here on TCS mentioned this about their cats, but can't recall who they were.  Hopefully they'll see your post and come forward with their stories.

Does YOUR cat suffer from this?  Is that why you are asking?

No, my cat did not suffer from that syndrome.

Also the question in my post is not mine. That’s the title of the Daily Mail article.
