These are my initial installment. I'm sure I'll return with many more photoshoots in the future.

Toby is such a beautiful Bengal. He looks a lot like my Simba, except for one big difference. Simba is so small. Simba is 7 1/2 months old, and he's probably no bigger than a 5 month old. Was you cat a lot smaller when he was Simba's age. I'm beginning to worry than I have myself a Pigmy Bengal or something.

I've never really seen Bengals before I joined this site - maybe just a few pics here & there. I think I'm falling in love!! I can't have furry pets at the moment but I am soooo getting one of these in the future!!
You're very pretty too.

Hope, all my cats before Toby have been huge fatasses. So to me he seems like a small cat. Originally I thought that bengals would be large cats because of the wild cat cross breeding. But when I went to the breeder I noticed they aren't as large as I had previously thought. Toby is a very light, svelte cat. Very long in the body too. As for the "short thick tail" he doesn't have that either! He's ten months old in the picture where he's playing fetch.

Lynx, Toby is beautiful! I am currently searching for a Bengal kitten. What's the name of the breeder or cattery you got Toby from?

Your cat's tail looks about the same as Simba's. He too, has a long slender body, even though he eats like a horse. It was that picture of you holding him or trying to hold him, where I got the impression that he was pretty good sized. Maybe my Simba still has some growing to do. He's 7 1/2 months old. He'll actually be 8 months old on Christmas day. I have a 25 lb Siamese Simba looks like a dwarf next to him. I also have an elderly Siamese, who once was about 25 lbs, and Simba is even smaller than he is.

Check out the mink snow she has for sale in Breeders/Young Adults. I can't believe she's going to sell her!
All her kittens from Suttara and Printz are amazing. (Printz is Toby's half brother =9) Occassionally she has Savannah's and Chausie's too.
The breeder's name is Suzanne Merrill and she was very helpful to me.

But that said, you should check out these BC bengal breeders too (to avoid airfare):

Okay I just weighed my cats and I was ...quite suprised. First of all I thought that Howard would break 20 for sure. Turns out he's 18lbs. And Toby, suprisingly is 13lbs. Mind you I'm not using the most accurate method (weighing myself, then weighing myself with the cat) I'm going to go have a shower, then after that I'm going to do a comparisson shot

What a gorgeous kitty Toby is!! I love Bengals too - they are so amazing to look at. Howard is quite a handsome fellow too!

Not to go off topic, but.... Tasha I'm confused. I thought you said your father put his foot down when you found out you were pregnant and said no more cats. That's why you got rid of a bunch of them wasn't it? With all of the expenses with a new baby, how can you afford a pure-bred kitten?

OK, Back to thoroughly enjoying the beautiful Tobykins.

Okay so I did the comparison shot. I tried to get Howard in to the classic bengal show pose but he just wasn't down with that! We actually had a good laugh taking the shots. So looking at the picture, it seems that most of Toby's weight is in his ass region!
(by the way, don't mind my Sunday-hair)

Oh and this one is for you Hope, being a KISS fan, lol (sorry mods I have no fur! Forgive me!):

It's a long story, so I'll make it short. First of all, I wouldn't call it "getting rid" of my cats. And why do you bring something so horrible up? It makes me so upset when people remind me. I will never forget, but atleast I can put it in the past!

Now we are left with Peppurr and Zeus. Majesty (my Bengal) was swiped by a great horned owl, there were many witnesses who saw this take place. We all hope it wasn't really Majesty.

My Dad actually brought the idea up. Since I have been so responsible, taking care of my baby and the dog and cats, he said I could adopt a new kitten.

While I was wrapping Christmas presents Sasha came to visit...and of course so did Toby. This is a recipe for trouble!

Her holiday spirit is soon to be spoiled.

What the picture doesn't tell you is that she's growling very loudly at this moment.

Feeling unwanted, he moved on to his favourite new mouse:

And here he is on my shelves being naughty and looking for something to knock over.

And last one today, I promise! Looking up at his favourite thing, a fly. We didn't get many bugs when I lived in a apartment so he's just fascinated by them. I don't think he's caught any yet though!
