My cat Navi is having her babies started around 9:30am. She will not let me out of her sight I went to get warm towels and she tried following me through the house while pushing a kitten out it was litteraly crowning. This is her second litter. The first time I had no idea she was pregnant and woke up to 3 blk/white kittens. This time she came and got me and our male orange tabby and nither one of us has left her side. She had her first baby at 11 am but no more so far. And it's 1 pm. I'm dreading leaving her to pick my husband up from work at 3.

I suppose you know pauses are common, and normal.  Hours, even days.   As long she hasnt no troubles, no active labor, no bleeding save some discharge, no panting, no fever, you can wait and see.

Its just if you notice problems, you shall get worry and contact the vet - and if necessary, rush her in to the vet.
Maybe you could leave a unwashed shirt with her?
Yeah, she has also the other cat as her companion.
