On my other cat I noticed that there is blood round her bottom and I'm scared because she is heavily pregnant so I don't know if it's something to do with the kittens or something else

It depends what the blood was like and how heavily pregnant she is.
If she is close to 9 weeks, then right before delivery some spotting is normal and generally not a huge cause for concern. Flowing blood IS NOT normal though, so if that is what is going on yous should get her to a vet.
