There is cat trapped in the floor. Meowing all the time, and afraid. The image attached shows the closest distance I can be in using a ladder. She is hiding in a place where the floor is not movable or can be walking on. I left the ladder for her for 24 hours hoping she will clime it down, but she didn't. I put food and water for 2 days and she didn't get any of it. Few more days and she will be dead If I didn't help her. I've no idea how did she got here

Poor thing.  Hopefully it's not hurt.  What kind of food are you putting out?  Maybe try something that smells strong like tuna or sardines.

Poor little thing. Use the strongest smelliest food you can - as Betsygee said tuna or sardines are perfect. You could even warm them a little to make them even smellier. I don't know what else to suggest. I hope you're able to get her soon.

Didn't eat anything, just meowing all the time non-stop. I wish I can know what she is looking for

You may have to call animal control to see if they can rescue the kitty.

Interesting architecture! What part of the home? Under the home or in between 2 floors?  How close is the ladder from cat? Is it a cat or kitten? It looks like small cat or kitten.

Is there a rescue organization near where you are? Some shelters and animal control have a rescue team for incidents like this. They would be the best to help -- this is an emergency and they are best equipped in this situation. Poor thing, I hope she gets out quick.

Instead of a ladder, you can perhaps put in a plank? easier to go on  it.   If its very steep, you can have something across the plank,  say every 10 centimetres, so she has easier to step down.

If so, you must do yourself such a plank - ladder, but its not difficult.  It doenst not to be anything fancy of professional quality.

Have also goat milk as bait -  it will perhaps be more enticing, it seems to be a kitten.

Good luck!   @mohammad

Something she can get her claws in might be easier for her to climb down. A plank, yes, or a plank of wood with a blanket tied to it or rope wrapped around it.

Where are you?

Sorry I said a floor, where I meant "Roof". She's trapped in the roof. I'm in Saudi Arabia, and this is a restaurant. What you see is a gap right below the roof, where Ventilation ducts and electrical wires are moving, which makes it even harder to help her

We don't animal control or rescue in my city. I'll keep trying

OK, we understand.    Try with a plank, with a filt or some old carpet on it, so it will be easy to go down on it.   It will be a very comfortable ladder for such a one.

And btw, animal control isnt always the best to get into difficult spots.   The Fire Brigade may be a better bet, if they dont have much to do for the moment, and want to show themselves friendly. Or even some military, if they are on their friendly humor.

Anyone, essentially, who is friendly and resourceful, used to find solutions in difficult situations.

Good luck!

Thank you, I'll try the plank. Now, she moved some where else.I can't determine where she is. I can still hear her meowing, but I can't determine where she is! I even brought 3 friends, non of them could determine where the sound is coming from! When we go to where the "we think" sound is coming from, it looks it's coming from the other direction. When we go to that direction, it looks it's coming from the first direction! It sounds a bit far this time too. I'm not sure if she still in the same roof

I saw the other day an article, they happened to build in a kitten, when they were remaking their house.  They heard meowing, but they didnt really heard from where.  And they didnt wanted to crush down the newly laid floors.  But their  aunt worked as a midwife, and she had still her old  midwife listening device.  She come, she listened, and - they knew where the kitten was.  Thus, the story could end happily.

I presume a doctors listening device (you understand surely what I mean) will work too.

Yes, stetoscope as the doctors device. Tx.   The midwife was made by  wood with a hole in it, a sort of long wooden ear.  -  I presume it feels nice to the skin, and istn too much alike the doctors gear - which they werent allowed to use into our times.
