I noticed that my cat Pumpkin has a very small patch of hair missing by his whiskers. It's like right behind his whiskers, if that makes sense. I also noticed that a few inches away on his neck he has a scab and it looks like some hair is missing there as well. He had ear mites in February so could this somehow be related to that?

Not sure if this could be related to it as well but he has some black spots on his chin too and has a few black spots on his lips and nose. Though I've heard the spots on his lips and nose are common in orange cats? What could cause this? Should I take him to the vet?

Maybe you can post pictures here? Of course, only a veterinarian can actually check and see what any of these mean but some members may be able to say what similar symptoms in their cats ended up being.

How long has he had the black spots around the nose and lips? They can be just pigmentation, which like you said happens with red cats sometimes. The chin spots could be feline acne. As for the neck and whiskers area, it could possibly be ringworm. He needs to be seen by a vet for a diagnosis, of course. Here are some articles we have on these topics -
