Fancy Feast VS Whiskas wet food

All the cat's I've had in the past never really ate wet food aside from a treat once in a while. Well I just adopted a kitten he's 9 months old and he eats wet food and dry food daily. He has about half a 3oz can at lunch then again the other half at night and in between he has about 1/4 cup of dry Diamond brand kitten food.  My question is would you recommend Fancy Feast or Whiskas for the wet food? Those are the brands he likes and that I can afford.

Either of those brands are good to feed The most important thing is that your cat likes to eat the food Something you can afford is a plus
