Ok, here's the situation. I just picked up two new kittens that are 7 weeks old earlier tonight. When I asked the seller about first shots he said that HE gave them to them from a kit he bought at a farm and garden supply store. I want a vets record of their mefical treatments so I'm taking them to my vet tomorrow for examination and shots. I'm just worried if repeating shots they've ALLEGEDLY already had would harm them.

I got a kitten who I was told got first shot but didn't get a record of it to take to the vet. I told the vet up front about it when I was there and they were ok with it and gave her what shots she needed. I would trust your vets decision, but my vet is really awsome and great at giving you information on what I want to know or need to know. You could always call ahead of your appointment to and let them know your worried about it.

I agree with this.  Just tell your Vet exactly what has "supposedly" transpired and let them make the decision as to what should be done.
