My Cats Are Eating 100% Wet , For Now !

I say for now because it has only been 3 days  but they are doing well so I hope and pray it continues .  I have not given them any kibble  and they are each eating about 6 oz a day . I hope that is enough .   I found 3 flavors of Fancy Feast Classics that they like and can eat with no issues .. They also like Iams Purfect Delicasies ...  I really want them to eat all wet .

Please wish me luck that we do not hit any roadblocks ..

keeping my fingers crossed that your cats continue eating the wet food with no problems!

i'm pretty sure my two cats eat about 6 oz per day of their wet food.

Yep, Mikki eats 6 oz a day as well of FF classics. She eats half of a 3oz can at 9am, 3pm, 9pm, and 11pm and that gets her through the night til 9am the next morning :)

Since it is back to the FF classics, is your one cat tolerating it now? You need to jot down the 8 number code on the bottom of the can and look for the same batch when you buy more. Or just keep track of which batch your cats like or not.

See, a little while on the dry and they miss the wet, huh? Little stinkers.

Thank you so much . So far they are doing great .   I have also noticed a big difference in their Urine output ..  When they were eating kibble I cleaned 4 to 5 pee balls from the litter box each morning .. In the last few days of eating all wet I have cleaned out 9 to 10 good size pee balls ..

I assume you know this...but don't be surprised if they stop drinking water... or if they cut way back. They will be getting enough in their wet food so it shouldn't alarm you :) Mikki hardly ever drinks... she goes probably 3X a day.

MY CATS ARE STILL EATING 100% WET DIET    , YAY  !    I AM LOOKING TO ADD ANOTHER BRAND TO THEIR ROTATION ..

Congrats!

You should also notice that solid waste doesn't smell as much. Hairballs should go down or disappear depending on the cat (longhair/shorthair, sheds a lot/little).
