I just recently adopted 2 kittens from a friend of mine and I have had them for almost a month no I have them on hard kitten food and give them skim milk with a little bit of water in it. Just about an hour ago my one kitten shadow went and took a poop and I was cleaning my kitchen and I went to sweep up the litter he flung out of the box and noticed he had a little bit of blood in his poop. I'm worried he is my little guy please someone give me some answers.

He is about 7 weeks old and I don't have the extra cash right now take him to the vet. Would buying worm medicine work? And see if it helps him?

Can you call around to various vets and ask if they have any kitten packages. Often when you establish with a vet, they can work something out financially. You might even check with Petsmart, ours has a vet clinic. You really want to avoid over the counter stuff like Harts ( I wonder how they stay in business!) Too many horror stories! Our local pet store has a vaccination clinic on Saturdays. Often there are low cost places, even the SPCA has clinics, or at least could help you locate some help in town. You have taken these 2 little babies into your care, so give them a good start! it will pay off down the road. I think a lot of the low cost spay and neuter clinics may also have some sort of other benefits.   You owe it to these special babies!

You really should make an appointment so your cat can be examined by a vet. Your kitten could very well have worms as they can pick up worms from their mom. You can also discuss diet with your vet. Most cats do not digest milk well so I'd skip that if it were me. Ask your vet to see what he/she suggests.

My cats both like skim milk and other dairy products as treats, and it's never had adverse effects. But I've read that some cats may have problems with dairy products.

The blood does sound like a worm or other parasite, and probably has nothing to do with the milk.
